Team Leader/Trainer
Our Team Leaders and Trainers work with the Health Benefits Consultants and Employee Benefits Specialists to lead, train and coach them so that they are successful in their positions and can grow in their knowledge and experience. Team Leaders/Trainers are also responsible for marketing and consulting with clients.

Employee Benefits Specialist
Our Employee Benefits Specialists are those individuals who want to help address the problem that business owners face of not being able to offer affordable benefits to their employees.

Independent Insurance Agents We are also looking for agents wanting to add an additional product line to their existing benefits portfolio. Ask about our  Managing General Agency Agreement.
